We are licensed general contractors of fine custom homes, providing design/build services in the North Georgia Mountains. Introducing Legacy Land Development of North Georgia
Legacy Land Development of North Georgia is our new land-services division, created to bring the same quality, dependability, and professional project management behind our custom homes to complete land and site-development work. Whether you are preparing a single mountain lot or developing a multi-home property, our crews handle the groundwork that gets a site ready to build.
Our team includes a Georgia state-certified septic installer with current Blue Card certification, so permitting, installation, and repairs are managed in-house rather than handed off.
